Your Data Privacy Rights

At Storgage, we take your data privacy seriously. We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is secure and that you have control over your data. You have the right to request the deletion of your data under certain circumstances.

Requesting Data Deletion

To request the deletion of your data from Storgage, please follow these steps:

  1. Access the My Account Section: Within the Storgage app, navigate to the “My Account” or “Account Settings” section.

  2. Access the Privacy Policy: Inside the “My Account” section, find and select the “Privacy Policy” option. The word “Storgage” within the Privacy Policy text will be linked to the Storgage website.

  3. Access the Storgage Website: Click on the linked word “Storgage” to access the Storgage website.

  4. Leave Feedback for Data Deletion: On the Storgage website, scroll down to the lower part of the page where you will find a “Leave Feedback” section. This section includes a form where you can input your name, email, and message.

  5. Submit Your Data Deletion Request: In the “Message” field of the form, please write your request for data deletion. Be sure to provide all necessary details and specify your request clearly.

  6. Submit the Form: After completing the form, click the “Submit” button to send your data deletion request.

  7. Confirmation by Support: Our support team will review your data deletion request and may contact you to verify your identity or seek clarification. Once your request is confirmed, we will proceed with the deletion of your data.

Requesting Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your entire Storgage account, including all associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Access the “My Account” Section: Within the Storgage app, go to the “My Account” or “Account Settings” section.

  2. Initiate Account Deletion: Look for the “Delete Account” option. Click on it to initiate the account deletion process.

  3. Confirmation: You will be asked to confirm your decision. Please review this carefully, as account deletion is an irreversible process.

  4. Confirmation of Deletion: Once you confirm, the app will prompt you one final time to confirm if you are sure about deleting your account.

  5. Account Deletion: If you proceed with deletion, your entire Storgage account, including all associated data, will be permanently deleted. You will be logged out, and you will no longer have access to your account.

Important Notes

  • Irreversible Process: Data deletion is an irreversible process. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
  • Exceptions: Certain data may be exempt from deletion if we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
  • Communication: We may need to communicate with you to verify your identity or seek clarification regarding your deletion request. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.
